Village Museum of Der

Description

To save heritage threatened by the creation of Lake Der, typical buildings (church, town hall, barn) were moved and reconstructed here. This open-air museum tells the story of life in the Champagne bocage of yesteryear and the fate of the sunken villages, surrounded by thematic gardens.
