Champagne Roulot Fournier is a récoltant-manipulant house that has operated for several generations. The estate cultivates 8 hectares of vineyard on the slopes of Festigny in the Vallée de la Marne. Richard and Nathalie Roulot oversee production from vine to cellar and vinify only grapes from their own harvest. As children of winegrowers, they describe themselves as continuing the know-how passed down by their families.
