Champagne house
Grande Rue 41, 10340 Bragelogne-Beauvoir, France
Champagne Rollin is a family house that has been passed down through several generations with passion. Located in Bragelogne, a small village south of Aube, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, very close to Les Riceys, the largest wine-growing commune in Champagne. We cultivate 7.5 hectares of vineyards. Planted mainly with Pinot Noir on clay-limestone soils that reveal all the power and fruitiness of the grape variety. The rest of our vineyards are planted with Chardonnay, which brings us all its finesse and freshness. Traditional know-how has been complemented since 2012 with our commitment to a sustainable viticulture approach and zero herbicide, under the Terra Vitis label (signature of French winegrowers who respect nature, people, and wines) and "no added sulfites" winemaking since 2016.
The sole purpose of these approaches is to offer you quality wines with natural tastes for your greatest pleasure.

With its extra-dry version, it will be more indulgent because it is sweeter. And finally, in its rosé version made by bleeding or maceration (vintage 2020), it will be much more intense in color, more vinous with aromas of morello cherry.
