The Poissinet family has been working the vine in the Marne Valley since the 17th century, the first bottles of the family estate were produced in 1974. In 1983, Régis Poissinet arrived at the Domaine at the age of 14. He developed a passion for nature and chose to follow the apprenticeship to become récoltant manipulant. His experiences led him to a vision of respect and nature support, through a biodynamic approach. Régis took over the reins of the estate in 2008, bringing with him a real cultural and philo-sophical change.
With its 7 hectares certified in organic and biodynamic viticulture, Champagne Régis Poissinet has a total of 35 plots. Aged 40 years on average, the vines are rooted on different clay-limestone and siltylimestone soils of the Marne Valley. Cultivated with great respect toward their natural environment and their own balance, each plots and vines benefit from tailor-made and attentive work. They can thus express all the subtlety and richness of their terroir. Meunier is the main grape variety planted in this vineyard, supplemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The robe, of sparkling gold, luminous and clear, invites the discovery of the terroir and the Irizée universe. Notes of citrus zest and white peach enchant the nose. The palate reveals a vibrant structure and a silky, slightly saline texture. The finish is remarkable on passion fruit.
The bright and lively color will transport you to a world of fruity flavors accompanied by delicate fine bubbles. The nose and palate are marked by a symbiosis between Meunier and Chardonnay with delicious notes of red fruits, raspberries, spices, and light floral aromas.

This plot has been meticulously selected for its perfect exposure expressing all the subtlety and complexity of our grapes and our wines. The palate invites the discovery of the terroir: fresh and structured accompanied by its fine bubbles, the cuvée is perfectly balanced. The Meunier reveals itself perfectly thanks to a selection of berries and a plot exposed on the heights of the hillside. From the very first moments, the explosion in the mouth is felt to give way to emotion.
The bright powdered gold color, lively and refined, will transport you to a world of a thousand flavors. The nose, surprising and full of discovery, brings notes of citrus, spices, and slightly woody roasted coffee. The subtlety of the dosage allows the full expression of its terroir: minerality and salinity.
