Champagne Poissenot-Berthelot

House history

The Poissenot Berthelot House originates from the union of Edith Berthelot, from Bergères, and Hubert Poissenot, native of Arrentières. Their parents, also winemakers, planted the first vines of the estate. From 1979, Edith and Hubert developed the business with the acquisition of the first press, allowing the production of the first bottles of Champagne. Today, the estate is run by their two daughters: Aurélie, an oenologist responsible for production and marketing, and Sonia, specialized in the vineyard. The site also presents the business as family-run, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, with expertise passed down since 1939.
