Champagne Nicolas Moreau
Rue Francis Poulenc 43, 51200 Épernay, France
House history
The history of Champagne Moreau spans 80 years and four generations. In 1932, Elie created his own brand, "Champagne Elie Moreau". His son André then took over the family business and developed sales. In 1985, Fabrice succeeded his father André and continued the commercialization of champagne wines; with his wife Noëlle, he expanded the vineyard by seeking other lands to exploit. On May 12, 2016, Fabrice created the SCEV "Fabrice Moreau & Fils" in anticipation of his son Nicolas's arrival. Graduated in viticulture-oenology, agro-resources/sustainable viticulture and holding a master's degree in "Wines and Champagne", Nicolas joined his father to perfect his apprenticeship. In 2017, he took over by creating "Nicolas Moreau" Champagne, evolved the packaging of his cuvées to promote them worldwide, and implemented the HVE certification in June 2019.

The house welcomes visitors on the heights of Épernay. It is possible to taste the champagnes while enjoying a view of the Coteaux Sud and the Côte des Blancs. Visits are by appointment, with group receptions possible for up to 25 people.
