House history
Champagne Michel LITTIERE is a family-run estate of 5.50 hectares located in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. After working with his father, Raymond LITTIERE, Michel created his own brand in 1970. In 1991, his daughter Marie-Hélène completed her viticulture studies and joined him. From 2008, his son-in-law, owner of vineyards in Puisieulx (Grand Cru de Champagne near Reims), brought his experience and crafted his champagne in their cellars. The estate states that this shared expertise and the authenticity of exchanges contribute to the quality of its champagnes. Since the 2018 harvest, the house has been certified High Environmental Value (HVE) and has always been a 100% independent winemaker.
Tasting experience
The house indicates that it welcomes visitors by appointment to share its passion. The cellar's customer reception is located on rue des Murs Chenots in 51480 Oeuilly, with the instruction to follow the ecomuseum sign to find them.
