Rue de la Mairie 6, 10200 Rouvres-les-Vignes, France
House history
Maison Michel Falmet presents itself as rooted in a long family tradition. Michel and Colette took over the family estate in 1970 and created their vineyard in the heart of the Côte des Bar. In 2004, their daughter Corinne and her husband Laurent brought new momentum combining tradition and modernity. The estate is located in the south of Champagne, with traditional Champagne grape varieties planted in the clay-limestone soils typical of the Côte des Bar at Rouvres-les-Vignes. The house emphasizes quality, careful pressing, élevage in demi-muids and temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and environmental commitments certified HVE and VDC.
