Champagne house
Champagne Michel Arnould
Rue de Mailly 28, 51360 Verzenay, France
House history
The house presents a family identity passed down "from generation to generation", based on Pinot Noir, know-how, team spirit, and the value of work. It emphasizes a process of reflection and selection aimed at high-precision grapes, juices, and champagnes. The estate claims a taste for exploration and a constant desire to reinvent itself. A vintage old vine cuvée is described as telling, over the years, the story of a house, its terroir, a family, and a know-how. The first vintage of the house is presented as having opened a new way of approaching winemaking.
Tasting experience
The estate welcomes visitors to share a moment of conviviality and to discover or rediscover the range of Michel Arnould & Fils champagnes. Visitors are asked to announce their visit to prepare the welcome in the best conditions. The house also presents two tasting axes, "ADN Pinot Noir" and "Influence Chardonnay", as a characteristic vision of its terroirs. The wines are described through several tasting profiles, including a rosé version of Pinot Noir, a perpetual reserve cuvée where past, present, and future merge, a maceration marked by intensity and depth, and a terroir cuvée retranscribing the earth, climate, subsoil, vine, and grape variety.
