The house states that its history dates back to the late 19th century, when great-grandfather Armand VÉZIEN planted his first acres of vines. His grandson, Marcel Vézien, founded the Champagne House bearing his name in Celles-sur-Ource in 1956. The estate notes that it has spanned the ages through generations and is today represented by the fourth generation of the VÉZIEN family, with a heritage and know-how passed down since 1859.

Tasting experience

The house offers a cellar tour to discover the secrets of the estate, as well as a wide range of champagnes to taste without an appointment. A new tasting room has been renovated to welcome visitors in better conditions. Guided tours with tasting and group receptions of up to 50 people are offered by appointment. The indicated hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, with weekends by appointment or as per availability. The site also mentions an escape game by reservation and "Echappées by Marcel Vézien" by appointment.
