Champagne Lallement Massonnot was born from the bond between the Lallement and Massonnot families. The estate presents itself as the result of five generations of enthusiastic winegrowers committed to promoting the richness and singularity of their terroir. Xavier Lallement, described as deeply attached to Champagne, works the family land while preserving family savoir-faire and aiming for excellence and exceptional quality in his champagnes. Trained as an engineer, he brings research, science, empirical studies, and theoretical knowledge to his identity plots and new oak-barrel vinification.
