Champagne Figuet & Fils
Route nationale 154, 02310 Saulchery, France
House history
Maison Figuet is marked by its founder Robert Figuet (1910-2010). The Figuet family set up a first press in 1910 for their use and that of Saulchery and neighboring villages, then a second one ten years later after the war, allowing winegrowers to produce their own Champagne. Robert Figuet then began to produce and market his Champagne under the brand Champagne Robert Figuet. In 1992, the house became "Figuet & Fils" and affirmed an alliance of modernity and respect for Champagne traditions.
Tasting experience
The house offers a wide range of champagnes resulting from the subtle blending of the three Champagne grape varieties. Pinot Noir brings body and power, Pinot Meunier gives supple and fruity wines and adds roundness to the blend, while Chardonnay brings delicate aromas and floral notes. The hours indicated on the site are 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
