House history

The Ledernez family has been connected to the wine world since the early 19th century, having previously been vinegar makers in Courtemont-Varennes. In 1966, with the participation of Camille Ledernez, the Union of Winegrowers La Grapillère was created to provide pressing and winemaking facilities in accordance with Champagne tradition and environmental values. Camus Bernard and Lucette Ledernez then developed their estate. In 2004, they passed on 2 hectares of vines and 23 hectares of land to their daughter Eve. The launch of the Champagne Eve des Rêves brand in 2007 is presented as an achievement and a challenge extending this family history.

Tasting experience

The estate indicates that they work each plot to express its specificities and cultivate the three main grape varieties in Champagne: Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. They specify that these grape varieties blend harmoniously in different assemblages and take the taster into different worlds with each tasting. The champagnes are crafted with the utmost care, in the purest Champagne tradition.
