House history
The family has been settled in Chigny-les-Roses since 1874. The estate is presented as family-run and independent, with winemaking secrets and plots passed down to Frédérique, the 5th generation. Frédérique, self-taught, joined the estate at 21 and worked alongside her father Michel for five years before his sudden death in 2005. Her husband Hugues then took over the management of the vineyard. From 2006, they built a new vat room and moved the press from Chigny-les-Roses to Sacy. They invested in innovation in the cellar and vineyard, which improved quality, ecology, work comfort, extended the bottle aging in the cellar, and developed the family wine library, renowned for the aging potential of its old vintages.
Tasting experience
The estate offers a welcome and tastings in Sacy. The site invites you to experience an unusual tasting, including a blind tasting of 3 cuvées. The reception and cellars are located in Sacy, between Reims and Épernay, with hours from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5 pm.
