Champagne Charles Beaudouin
Rue de Derrière l'Abbaye 220, 51420 Nogent-l'Abbesse, France
House history
Charles Beaudouin, originally from Nogent l’Abbesse, draws his inspiration from the terroir of Mont de Berru, marked by the presence of the oldest chalk in Champagne. The house highlights this geological heritage as a distinctive element of its plots. Guided by the importance of the terroir, Charles Beaudouin claims to preserve and enhance this heritage through sustainable viticulture practices, with mechanically managed grass cover and gentle pruning to preserve the health of the vines. The estate also invites visitors to discover the history of the village and its terroir in Nogent l’Abbesse.
Tasting experience
The house offers three wine tourism experiences to taste its champagnes and discover its terroir. The contact page mentions requests related to "visit and tasting" and indicates contact hours from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
