House history

Champagne Aspasie is named after an ancestor of the family and presented as the expression of the character of their terroir. The family has been cultivating vines for five generations and passes on a know-how made of experiences, gestures, and passions. The house claims to have evolved with modernity while remaining faithful to its values of quality and tradition. Heir to a long line of Champagne winemakers, Paul-Vincent Ariston and his wife Caroline continue two centuries of winemaking tradition in Brouillet, as evidenced by a notarized deed dated January 13, 1794. The house operates 12 hectares of vines, the majority of which are "Vieilles Vignes" nearly 30 years old. Concerned about the environment, it is certified HVE and VDC, committed to converting to organic farming in 2019, and obtained organic certification in 2022. It also works with four rare grape varieties cultivated by their ancestor Aspasie: Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris.
