The house indicates that the family has been working the land of Écueil, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, for 4 generations. The story begins in 1953 with the creation of Champagne E. Allouchery & Fils by Émile Allouchery. In 1979, the parents Alain and Marie-Line created the name Allouchery-Bailly. Since 2010, Camille has taken over to develop the brand's image while maintaining the spirit of a family business passed down through generations.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00; Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00; Sunday and public holidays, available by appointment.
