Champagne Brigitte Beaufort is a family-run business established in 2008 in Bouzy by Brigitte Beaufort with the help of her two children, Anne-Louise and Pierre-Herbert, who are still by her side today. To realize her ambition, Brigitte returned to school to obtain her winegrower's diploma. In 2008, she regained full ownership of her vines to be able to cultivate them.
Tasting experience
The estate produces only micro-cuvées from the Bouzy terroir, all vintage and aged for more than 7 years in the cellar. Each bottle is numbered and indicates the composition of the cuvée blend, its disgorgement date, its dosage, and the total number of copies produced, to allow for a completely transparent tasting experience.
